  • Mitwirkung an Entwurfsplanungen (LPH 2–4)
  • Begleitung des Ausschreibungsprozesses (LPH 6–7)
  • Zahlungsfreigaben und Rechnungslegung (LPH 8)
  • Erarbeitung der Ausführungsplanung (LPH 5)
  • Umgang mit AVA-Software · Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Abrechnung
  • Mängelmanagement (LPH 9), perspektivisch Bauleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben einen Abschluss als Bauzeichner / Bautechniker
  • Ihre Stärken liegen im Detail bei Planung und Ausschreibung
  • Sie können Entwürfe und Ideen gemeinsam im Team zur Baureife bringen.
  • Sie können technische Details entwickeln und diese für die Vergabe umsetzen.
  • Bei Ihnen zählen Genauigkeit, Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken.
