Ihre Aufgaben
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Generalplanungsteams für regionale und überregionale Projekte im Gewerbe-, Industrie- und Logistikbau
- Selbstständige Planung und Entwicklung von Verkehrsflächen, Außenanlagen sowie Entwässerungssystemen in den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5 (2D und 3D)
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des interdisziplinären BIM-Planungsprozesses
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung digitaler Geländemodelle mit Civil 3D zur Durchführung von Cut & Fill Berechnungen
- Unterstützung des Ausschreibungs- und Bauüberwachungsteams durch Mengen- und Kostenermittlungen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner/in mit Schwerpunkt Tiefbau oder als Bautechniker/in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD und AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Grundkenntnisse im Building Information Modeling (BIM) sind von Vorteil
- Sorgfältige, systematische Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Interesse an agilen Arbeitsmethoden und technischen Innovationen
