## einen Bautechniker (m/w/d)

### Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bautechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen und im Umgang mit der EDV
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW sind erforderlich

### Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Betreuung sämtlicher Tiefbau- ggf. auch Hochbaumaßnahmen
  • eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung der gemeindlichen Infrastruktur
  • Erstellung verkehrsrechtliche Anordnungen/Abstimmung mit anderen Baulastträgern
  • Kontrolle, Dokumentation und Abnahme der Gewährleistungsüberwachung von Aufgrabungsflächen
