Im Architekturbüro Laske-Lederer in Coburg werden diese Leitziele kostenbewusst, termingerecht und mit vollem Einsatz umgesetzt.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Einstieg einen Bautechniker (m/w/d) Hochbau.

Aufgaben:

  • Genehmigungs-/Ausführungsplanung je nach Erfahrung auch Bauleitung.
  • Bauaufgaben von der Krippe bis zum Hochregallager
  • denkmalgeschützte Sanierung von Wohngebäuden bis zum Passivhaus

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Hochbau mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
  • CAD Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse Allplan wünschenswert
