Was wir suchenZur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Hochbau suchen wir Sie als Bautechnischer Konstrukteur (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Ausbau.
Aufgaben
Erstellung und Pflege digitaler Bauwerksmodelle (BIM) auf Basis von 2D/3D-Unterlagen für die Angebotsbearbeitung (Schwerpunkt Ausbau/Bautechnik) unter Berücksichtigung aller ausschreibungsrelevanten Dokumente
Übergabe der Modelle in die AVA-Software RIB iTWO mit anschließender Mengen- und Leistungsermittlung sowie der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bauzeichner (m/w/d) oder Bautechniker (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation, Quereinstieg aus anderen Bauberufen möglich
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation/Massenermittlung und Ausschreibung
Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office, idealerweise auch in RIB iTWO und Erfahrung mit CAD-Programmen
Hohe IT-Affinität
Strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
Eigenmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
