Wir suchen im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen zuverlässigen Bautischler (m/w/d) bzw. Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der CNC‑Maschinenbedienung für einen langfristigen Einsatz mit Übernahmeoption.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC‑Maschinen (z. B. UC 6)
  • Bearbeitung von Holzbauteilen nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Produktionsqualität
  • Erkennen sowie selbstständige Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsprozess

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler (m/w/d), Bautischler (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich CNC‑Maschinenbedienung
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Fehlerbehebung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Arbeitsbedingungen:

  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, Montag bis Freitag in Tagschicht
  • Perspektivisch Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
  • Langfristiger Einsatz mit Übernahmeoption beim Kunden

Vergütung und Leistungen:

  • Stundenlohn ab 17,95 €
  • Zusätzlich Fahrgeld (kilometerabhängig)
  • Tarifliche Zuschläge sowie Sonderzahlungen (Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld)
