## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bauoberleitung und örtliche Bauüberwachung im Hoch- und Tiefbau (Industriebau, abwassertechnische Anlagen, Gewässerausbau etc.)
  • Ausführungsplanung und Ausschreibung
  • Projektbearbeitung und Projektleitung in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 der HOAI

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen/ Architektur mit erster Berufserfahrung oder Baustellenerfahrung als Bauüberwacher / Bauleiter
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HOAI, VOB sowie relevanter Regelwerke und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit branchenspezifischer AVA-Software (bspw. RIB iTwo)
  • Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word/Excel)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
