Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der HLSK-Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie Prüfung der termingerechten Ausführung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Fachplanern und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei Abnahmen und Erstellung relevanter Berichte

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung oder Qualifikation im Bereich SHK, Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausrichtung (z. B. Techniker, Meister, Anlagenmechaniker mit Erfahrung)
  • Erfahrung in Bauüberwachung, Montageleitung oder Projektabwicklung im HLSK-Umfeld
  • Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details sowie strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam
  • Eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
