Wir suchen im Auftrag eines namhaften Unternehmens aus dem Bereich der Gebäudeautomation in Hamburg.

Bauüberwacher TGA / HKLS / Elektro (m/w/d)

Kernfokus: Schnittstelle zwischen Planung und Baustelle für Großprojekte (Kliniken, Industrie, Verwaltung).

Deine Aufgaben (Bauphase)

Steuerung: Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität.

Management: Erfassung von Mängeln und Koordination der ausführenden Firmen.

Sicherheit: Einhaltung technischer Normen und Brandschutzvorschriften.

Abschluss: Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe.

Dein Profil

Qualifikation: Studium im Bereich Versorgungs- oder Elektrotechnik (oder vergleichbar).

Erfahrung: Fundierte Praxis in der TGA-Bauüberwachung.

Soft Skills: Durchsetzungsstark, organisiert und kommunikativ.

Bonus: Kenntnisse in Tools wie PlanRadar oder Capmo (kein Muss).
