Unser Unternehmen steht für modernes, nachhaltiges Bauen mit Holz – von individuellen Einfamilienhäusern über ökologisch durchdachte Naturholzhäuser bis hin zu komplexen Wohn- und Gewerbebauten für private und öffentliche Auftraggeber.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise ergänzt durch ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Holztechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik, Architektur oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung.
  • Berufserfahrung im Holzbau oder auch im Bereich Tiefbau ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen – idealerweise mit SEMA
  • Eine strukturierte, präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

Darauf hast du Lust:

  • detaillierte Werkpläne für Fertighäuser in Holzbauweise auf Basis genehmigter Bau- und Architektenpläne zu erstellen
  • Kundenhäuser technisch zu klären – von der Verkaufs- bis zur Genehmigungsplanung
  • technische Lösungen sowie durchdachte konstruktive Details zu entwickeln
  • Werkplanbesprechungen im Rahmen der Bemusterungen aktiv zu begleiten
  • Keller- und Fundamentpläne auszuarbeiten
  • mich eng mit Architektur, Statik, Haustechnik und Produktion abzustimmen
  • Stücklisten, Materialvorgaben und Produktionsunterlagen zu erstellen
  • Pläne auf technische Machbarkeit, Normen und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu prüfen
  • bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Details mitzuwirken
