Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplänen
  • Mitwirkung in den Leistungsphasen 1–4 (HOAI)
  • Optional Mitarbeit in den Leistungsphasen 5–7
  • Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Behörden und Fachplanern
  • Unterstützung bei Bauanträgen und Genehmigungsverfahren

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur/Bauwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Landesbauordnung (LBO) sowie des Bauordnungsrechts
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an anspruchsvollen Projekten
