Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Firmenzentrale Neumarkt zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen

Bauzeichner oder Bautechniker (m/w/d) im Technischen Büro

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ermittlung von Massen und Mengen für Rohbauprojekte im Bereich Fertigteilbau, Ortbetonbau, Stahlbau und Holzbau
  • Auswertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Erstellung von Abgrenzungsplänen in PDF oder 3D-Massenmodellen mit Autodesk-Revit
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Auswertungen und weiteren Unterlagen für die Kalkulation

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bauzeichner, Bautechniker (jeweils m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Rohbau, Fertigteilbau oder Stahlbetonbau
  • Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen von Bau-Plänen und Statischen Unterlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Autodesk-Revit sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit IFC-Modellen wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
