Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektplanungsteams suchen wir Unterstützung für die zeichnerische Umsetzung unserer Bauprojekte. In dieser Position liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Pläne in Revit. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Projektleitung, Technik und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen.

### Bauzeichner / Bautechniker in der Projektplanung (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen technischer Zeichnungen und Pläne in Revit nach internen und externen Vorgaben
  • Visualisierung und Ausarbeitung von Entwürfen
  • Anfertigung von Detailplänen, Schnitten, Wandansichten und Layouts
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von CAD-Daten
  • Technische Auslegung von Komponenten und Systemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Technik, Einkauf und Produktion

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner und Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in 3D CAD Software, vorzugsweise Revit
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an bautechnischen Systemen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Gesundheits- oder Sonderbau wünschenswert
  • Wissen um BIM-Planungsmethoden von Vorteil
