Wir sind ein Architektur- Ingenieurbüro und als Bauträger seit über 25 Jahren am Markt tätig. Zu unserem Aufgabengebiet gehört die Planung und Entwicklung sowie die Errichtung von Eigentumswohnanlagen, Einfamilien-und Doppelhäuser, Reihenhäuser, Gewerbebau usw.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für den Standort Münster eine/n

Bauzeichner / Hochbautechniker/ Architekt für die Bauplanung (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Erstellung von Entwürfen für Neubaumaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung von Bauzeichnungen zur Bauantrags- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Massen- und Kostenermittlung
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Vergabe
  • Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
  • Termingerechte Koordination, Abwicklung und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe
  • Unterstützung unserer Bauleitung auf der Baustelle
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Deutschland zum Bauzeichner / Hochbautechniker/ Architekt /Bauingenieur Fachrichtung Hochbau
  • fit im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
  • freundlich, belastbar, stressresistent, organisiert und flexibel
  • gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kenntnisse aus der Baubranche
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Bauzeichnen sind erforderlich
  • Grundkenntnisse VOB, HOAI wünschenswert
  • Gute deutsche Sprach- und Rechtsschreibkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Interessante, abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Projekte in einer angenehmen Arbeitsumgebung.
  • Adäquate Einarbeitung und Unterstützung im Bereich Hochbau ist selbstverständlich.
