### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Skizzen, Zeichnungen und Pläne erstellen
  • maßstabsgerechte Ausführungs- und Detailzeichnungen anfertigen
  • Aufmaße und Bestandslisten erstellen
  • Zeichnungen und Pläne mit Maßen und Hinweisen für die Bauausführung versehen und entsprechend beschriften
  • Zeichnungsänderungen nach Anweisungen ausführen sowie Abrechnungs- und Bestandspläne anfertigen
  • fachspezifische Berechnungen durchführen
  • Arbeitsabläufe auftragsbezogen planen und koordinieren
  • Dokumentationen, Zeichnungen und ggf. einfache Modelle für Präsentationen anfertigen
  • Bauanträge unter Beachtung von Bauvorschriften ausarbeiten
  • Abrechnungszeichnungen anfertigen und bei Bauabrechnungen mitwirken
  • Planungsunterlagen zur Baueingabe sowie Ausführungsunterlagen erstellen
  • Montagepläne für Fertigteile anfertigen

### IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Bauzeichner/in sowie adäquate Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich

KENNTNISSE/FÄHIGKEITEN

  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bauzeichnen
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Zeichnungsprüfung und -verwaltung
  • gute Kenntnisse im Entwurf und der Architektur
  • gute Kenntnisse im Freihandzeichnen, Berechnen und der Detailkonstruktion
  • gute Kenntnisse im BIM sowie dem anwenden von CAD - Systemen
