Über uns

Planeco Building ist ein KI-gestütztes Architekturbüro. Wir arbeiten in den Leistungsphasen 1–4 (Grundlagenermittlung, Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, Genehmigungsplanung). Unser Schwerpunkt sind Nutzungsänderungen und Umbauten im Bestand, zum Beispiel für Yogastudios, Fitnessstudios, Gastronomie oder Ferienwohnungen. Unsere Prozesse sind klar strukturiert und schlank. Dadurch bekommen unsere Kund:innen schnell und bezahlbar ihre Baugenehmigung, und du arbeitest konzentriert statt im Dauerchaos.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst Bestands-, Entwurfs- und Bauantragszeichnungen für Projekte im Bestand.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Architekt:innen und Statiker:innen zusammen.
  • Du arbeitest Feedback schnell und sauber in die Pläne ein.
  • Du bereitest Planunterlagen für Bauanträge vor.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner:in, Schwerpunkt Hochbau oder Tiefbau. Wenn du aus dem Tiefbau: Wir arbeiten wir dich gerne ein.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 1–4.
  • Erfahrung mit Archicad ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wir arbeiten dich ein.
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Neugier und Offenheit für KI-gestützte Arbeitsabläufe.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
