Job Description
Do you want to build your career at the intersection of science, communication and brand growth? Are you passionate about turning complex scientific topics into clear, engaging stories that build trust and strengthen brands? Join us and help bring our science to life for experts, consumers and business partners.
What you’ll do:
You will help turn Beauty Care science into trusted, engaging content that strengthens our brands with experts, consumers and business partners. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Turn science into clear stories: Adapt product science and regional evidence into credible, easy-to-understand content for local markets.
- Build expert advocacy: Identify the right professional influencers, experts and agency partners to increase trusted recommendations of our brands on social media.
- Develop strong partnerships: Build lasting relationships with professional influencers, scientific experts and industry associations.
- Create effective expert content: Develop clear briefs and scripts, measure content performance and improve future communication based on results.
- Protect brand reputation: Monitor science-related conversations and competitor activity, and help shape responses to relevant negative comments or misinformation.
- Improve visibility in AI: Publish credible scientific content in the right channels and language so our brands are more likely to be discovered and recommended by AI tools.
- Work across teams: Partner with R&D, Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Brand, Sales, agencies and regional teams to develop claims, scientific stories and launch materials.
- Represent our science: Support expert events, customer meetings and media activities, and equip internal teams with practical tools that build trust and drive brand growth.
What we offer you:
- Meaningful work from Day 1: From Day 1, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful work, bring your experience and fresh perspective, and make a real difference in a business that reaches consumers every day
- Continuous Development & Empowering Culture: At P&G, we offer a career, not just a job. You’ll be supported through continuous learning, a varied career path, and the opportunity to work alongside inspiring people in a culture where ownership, collaboration, inclusion, and personal growth are encouraged.
- Competitive Compensation and Benefits: P&G takes a Total Rewards approach, meaning that on top of your salary, which is reviewed annually, you can expect a wide range of benefits. These include an employee pension plan, a company-contributed share purchase plan, private medical care, life and disability insurance, lunch support, fitness benefits, and your very own ‘Flex Fund’, which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
- Flexibility & Work-Life Wellbeing: We know that people do their best work when they have the right balance and support. Our ways of working are designed to help employees manage professional and personal commitments, with options such as occasional work from home, flexible work schedules and wellbeing programmes that help employees thrive both at work and beyond.
Job Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in scientific communications, technical storytelling, expert engagement, medical or science communications, or related work is a plus. Experience in healthcare environments such as pharmacy or dermatology is also an advantage.
- Strong scientific or technical foundation, with the ability to quickly build expertise in Beauty Care technologies and translate complex science and technical superiority into compelling, accurate narratives, claims, demonstrations and benefit visualizations.
- Proven ability to build trusted external networks and collaborate and influence effectively across R&D, Product Safety, Brand, Sales, customer teams, agencies and regional or global partners, translating stakeholder insights into credible innovation and business recommendations.
- Strong business and outcome orientation, with the ability to prioritize scientific communication activities that drive advocacy, customer support, trial, recruitment and brand growth.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics convincingly to expert and non-expert audiences across cultures
- Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
