# Begleitende Hilfe (w/m/d)

14,5 Std./Wo bis 31.08.2026, ab 01.09.2026 10 Std./Wo bis 06.04.2027 mit Option auf Verlängerung

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung eines Kindes mit besonderen Bedürfnissen während des Kita-Alltags
  • Förderung der sozialen, emotionalen und motorischen Fähigkeiten des Kindes
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Erzieherinnen und Erziehern, Eltern und Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten
  • Gestaltung von Aktivitäten, die auf die Bedürfnisse des Kindes abgestimmt sind

## Du bringst mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, idealerweise in einer Kita oder ähnlichen Einrichtungen
  • Empathie, Geduld und ein hohes Maß an Sensibilität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eine Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
