$18.00–$24.00/hour depending on experience and certification

$500 sign on bonus for RBT candidates already credentialed with the BACB!

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Monday to Friday schedule

No weekends required

  • In-person BCBA supervision and a home base clinic so you’re supported throughout your day

At Kind Behavioral Health, you’ll work in a team-oriented, clinic-based environment with lower BCBA caseloads , giving you more access to guidance, coaching, and real-time support.

With over 20 years of experience serving children and families in North Carolina , we bring a proven, well-established ABA therapy model to every clinic, now expanding into Georgia.
