$23–$25/hr + Paid RBT Certification + Multiple $1/hr Growth Opportunities

Love coaching, encouraging, and helping young kids build new skills? We want to meet with you to discuss our Behavior Technician role!

At FirstSteps, you’ll work one-on-one with children ages 2–13 with autism, using your creativity, patience, and ability to motivate kids to help them build communication, play, social, and everyday life skills. No ABA experience required. We’ll teach you the clinical skills, pay for your RBT certification, and support your growth every step of the way.

Your Experience Could Be a Great Fit

Health & Safety Requirements

Childhood vaccinations (MMR and Varicella) and a non-reactive TB test

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors or child-sized furniture, and move quickly from a seated position to a running stance
