About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Consultant at One Health, you will:

Provide comprehensive behavioral health consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, adults, and families as part of an integrated primary care team .

Deliver emotional, social, and behavioral support both in-person and via telehealth across One Health sites in Livingston, Bozeman, and Belgrade .

Evaluate crisis situations, apply appropriate interventions, and assist in detecting "at-risk" patients to prevent further physical or psychological deterioration .

Collaborate closely with primary care and multidisciplinary colleagues to develop effective intervention strategies and promote patient-centered care .

Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely patient records while adhering to professional standards, regulations, and One Health policies .

Competitive salary : New grad $81,931.20 Experienced $88,379.20 - $92,601.60 annually DOE

Qualifications

Required

Master’s in social work (LCSW) or Professional Mental Health Counseling (LCPC) or Marriage and Family Counseling (LMFT) or PhD in Clinical Psychology

Current Montana Licensure as a LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCPC, or LMFT OR

BLS Certification upon hire

Valid driver’s license

Assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders, when appropriate
