Opportunities to collaborate with in-house RBTs, BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapist

What You’ll Do

As an RBT at Integrity Learning Center, you will:

Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Run skill acquisition programs and teach new skills using play-based ABA strategies.

Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress in real time.

Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive replacement behaviors.

Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and insurance guidelines.

Communicate with caregivers to provide a daily summary of each child’s progress.

Participate in training and team meetings to enhance your skills and collaborate with professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates actively pursuing a degree will also be considered.

Experience in ABA or working with children preferred but not required.

Must pass a background check

RBT certification preferred, but we provide full training and certification support for the right candidate.
