  • in Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
  • Unser CURA SeniorenCentrum Ottendorf (in 24107 Ottendorf) befindet sich 10 Fahrminuten westlich von Kiel, nah am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal. Hier umsorgen wir auf zwei Wohnbereichen unsere 75 pflegebedürftigen Bewohner:innen.
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • du unterstützt selbstständig, hygienisch korrekt und motiviert in der Speisenproduktion, Lebensmittelvorbereitung und Nachbereitung
  • du trägst stellvertretend die Verantwortung für den Küchenbereich, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf in der Küche und führst und motivierst deine Mitarbeitenden
  • du kalkulierst, kaufst ein und kontrollierst die Lebensmittel gemäß HACCP
  • du stellst die qualitativ hochwertige und ausgewogene Ernährung für unsere Bewohner:innen sicher

Dein Profil

  • wünschenswert: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin oder Beiköchin (w/m/d)
  • erste Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung
  • hohes Maß an Hygienebewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungs- sowie Umweltbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Team und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
