Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Kochs bzw. der Küchenleitung bei der Zubereitung von warmen Speisen
  • Selbständige Zubereitung von kalten Speisen und Vorbereitung für die Stationspatienten
  • Herstellung von Kuchen nach Rezeptvorgabe
  • Vorbereitung von Zutaten (z./B. Waschen, Schneiden, Portionieren)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Speisenausgabe
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Küchenutensilien und Arbeitsbereichen / Spül- und Putztätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Lagerung und Kontrolle von Lebensmitteln

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin bzw. Beikoch/Beiköchin oder Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Lebensmittelzubereitung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Hygienebewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
