The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general guest needs. This role creates a welcoming first and last impression for guests while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency at all times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• •Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• •Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• •Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• •Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

JOB DUTIES

• •Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal items.
• •Escort guests to rooms, provide property information, and explain amenities.
• •Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally.
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entryways, and bell storage areas.
• •Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• •Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
