Crown Resorts is a great place to visit and it’s an even better place to work, a place where you can play your part in creating fun, memorable, world-class experiences for our guests and our people. We value passion, optimism, and an appetite for change - for the better. Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.

The role:

At Crown Sydney, creating unforgettable guest experiences starts from the moment our guests arrive. As Bell Services Manager, you'll lead the teams responsible for delivering those critical first and last impressions, overseeing our Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet operations within Sydney's most prestigious integrated resort.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in delivering seamless service. Leading a large and dynamic team, you'll champion operational excellence, elevate service standards, and ensure every arrival, departure and guest interaction reflects the sophistication and attention to detail that defines the Crown experience.

Working alongside a leadership team that values excellence, you'll be empowered to make an impact, with performance, dedication and outstanding guest service recognised and rewarded.

You’ll be:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of Bell Captains, Bell Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences
  • Driving smooth daily operations across the Bell Desk, Valet Parking and Driveway services
  • Monitoring and achieving key performance measures, including vehicle retrieval and baggage delivery targets
  • Managing departmental budgets, workforce planning and rostering to support efficient operations
  • Resolving guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and care
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and risk management
  • Enhancing guest satisfaction through service excellence, feedback initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Leading recruitment, coaching, performance development and recognition programs to build a high-performing team
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, implement new initiatives and drive operational best practice

You’ll bring:

  • A style of leadership that is confident, engaging and people-centric
  • Proven ability to balance operational priorities without compromising on service standards
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within hotel operations, ideally in a luxury environment
  • Capability in leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced guest-facing setting
  • Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure
  • A commitment to professionalism, integrity and acting as an ambassador for the Crown brand
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and labour management
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business (advantageous)
  • A current and unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence

On offer to you:

  • Complimentary meals in our staff restaurant
  • Discounts across selected food and beverage venues
  • Exclusive accommodation discounts across Crown Sydney, Melbourne and Perth
  • Complimentary uniform laundering and wardrobe services for every shift
  • Access to health and wellbeing benefits, novated leasing and a range of employee discounts
  • Recognition and reward opportunities through Crown's company-wide awards program
  • The chance to get involved in community, diversity and inclusion initiatives
