## Das ist Ihr spannendes Aufgabengebiet:

  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erarbeitung von individuellen Lösungskonzepten
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Optimierung betriebswirtschaftlicher Softwarelösungen mit Schwerpunkt Warenwirtschaft und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Betreuung der Nutzer im täglichen Einsatz der Software
  • Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Supportanfragen

## Das bringst Du mit:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
  • hohe IT-Affinität und fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Warenwirtschaft oder Dokumentenmanagement
  • zusätzlich gern gesehen: erste Erfahrungen oder Grundkenntnisse in der Finanz- oder Lohnbuchhaltung
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im regionalen Raum
