Für unseren Kunden ein namhaftes IT Unternehmen in Nürnberg suchen wir Mitarbeiter (gn) im Kundenservice

  • So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag aus
  • Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen zur Anwendung der Software
  • Bearbeitung von produktübergreifenden Anfragen u.a. aus dem Fachgebiet Rechnungswesen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten
  • Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung der Serviceprozesse
  • Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliche und angenehme Telefonstimme
  • Hoher Servicegedanke
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen
  • Begeisterung für die Bearbeitung von teilweise komplexen Kundenanfragen
