IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Führung und Organisation der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter sowie Steuerung von Subunternehmern im Bereich Depot und Montage
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Montageeinsätzen sowie Aufbau von Containern und Raumelementen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, insbesondere im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Arbeitsschutz sowie TÜV/UVV-Prüfungen
  • Verantwortung für Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten einschließlich Schlosser- und kleinerer Elektroarbeiten
  • Gewährleistung von Qualitätsstandards, ordnungsgemäßer Dokumentation sowie eines effizienten Einsatzes von Arbeitsmitteln und Werkzeugen

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Metallbau, Stahlbau, Mechatronik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Montage, Bau oder Container-/Raumsysteme
  • Erste Führungserfahrung z.B. als Vorarbeiter/Teamleiter von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Maschinen, idealerweise im Stahlbau sowie in Schweißarbeiten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse C1E erforderlich (weitere Klassen von Vorteil)
