Deine Aufgaben:

  • Förderung und Motivation des Teams
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs des Lagerbetriebs
  • Aufgaben delegieren, effiziente Abläufe sicherstellen
  • Ermittlung des Personalbedarfs, Rekrutierung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Überprüfung der Ressourcen und des Lagerbedarfs

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und spezifische Qualifikationen in diesem Bereich
  • Analytische und kaufmännische Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse der ISO-Norm (9001.2015; 14001)
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von IT-Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Außerdem suchen wir: Lagermitarbeiter, Produktionshelfer, Kommissionierer, Helfer im Lager (m/w/d) u.v.m. Quereinsteiger können sich gern initiativ bewerben – wir haben für jeden die passende Stelle.
