Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir einen \*\*Bereichsleiter (m/w/d) Produktion\*\* für ein Unternehmen in Jena.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktion am Standort Jena
  • Sicherstellung der leistungsfähigen, GMP‑konformen Führung der Sterilproduktion, Implantatproduktion, Inspektion und Verpackung
  • Produktivitäts- & Kapazitätsmanagement
  • Definition, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung relevanter KPIs (z. B. Ausbeute, Ausschussraten, First Pass Yield)
  • Leitung und Management von Projekten zur Rüstzeitoptimierung (SMED) und zur Minimierung von Stillstandzeiten
  • Sicherstellung der GMP-gerechten Produktion
  • Fachliche Begleitung von Change-Control-Prozessen für technische und prozessuale Optimierungen
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich entsprechend der Unternehmensleitlinien

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Langjährige Führungs- & Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise in der Aseptik- oder Sterilfertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Lean-Production-Methoden
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Annex 1 Richtlinien sowie Erfahrung mit Behördeninspektionen (EMA, FDA)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsche und sehr gute Englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit Empathie
