Seit 1964 bietet NORMA seinen Kunden ein vielfältiges Lebensmittelsortiment aus erfolgreichen Eigenmarken und führenden Markenartikeln, ergänzt von einem wöchentlich aktuellen Angebot aus dem Bereich Nonfood mit saisonalen Trendartikeln zum Thema Haushalt, Familie, Freizeit und Technik. Heute betreibt NORMA in Deutschland, Frankreich, Tschechien und Österreich ein Netz mit über 1.450 Filialen und wird auch in Zukunft sein kontinuierliches Wachstum erfolgreich fortsetzen.

Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort Bereichsleiter im Verkauf (m/w/d) im Raum Berlin und Brandenburg.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für einen Verkaufsbereich mit 5-6 Filialen
  • Wirtschaftliche Planung, Organisation und Controlling hinsichtlich wirtschaftlicher Unternehmenskennzahlen
  • Umsetzung und Überprüfung des Norma-Konzepts
  • Einstellung, Weiterentwicklung und die Einsatzplanung Ihres Personals
  • Motivieren und Führen Ihres Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist
  • Selbstständigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Willen, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • PKW Führerschein
