Einsatzplanung und Koordination von Veranstaltungen

Abrechnungsmodalitäten und Rechnungsstellung

Angebotserstellung und Fakturaverwaltung

Organisation und Verwaltung von Büro- und Verwaltungsabläufen

Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben

Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern

Sicherer Umgang mit Bürosoftware und kaufmännischen Abläufen

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
