Wir suchen zum 01.01.2027 eine Bereichsleitung für die Mobile Jugendarbeit.

Die Bereichsleitung übernimmt die fachliche Leitung und operative Koordination des Bereichs und arbeitet dabei eng mit dem beigeordneten Vorstandsmitglied VR VIII zusammen. Sie ist für die Führung, fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich.

Die Bereichsleitung ist regelmäßig an den Standorten und in den Sozialräumen vor Ort, unterstützt die Teams fachlich und arbeitet bei Bedarf punktuell mit. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Stelle ist die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Mobilen Jugendarbeit gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitenden. Darüber hinaus vertritt die Bereichsleitung den Bereich gegenüber Kommunen, Kooperationspartnern und in Fachgremien.

Wir suchen eine fachlich erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernehmen, Mitarbeitende gut begleiten und die Mobile Jugendarbeit aktiv weiterentwickeln möchte. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im pädagogischen bzw. sozialpädagogischen Bereich ist erforderlich. Die Eingruppierung erfolgt in S12.
