 ab sofort, in Teilzeit (35 Std / Woche), unbefristet

  • Ihre AUFGABEN
  • Leitung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches
  • Personalführung und –entwicklung
  • Strategische Personalplanung
  • Aufnahmeplanung
  • Sicherstellung des Personaleinsatzes in Abstimmung auf die Leistungen zur sozialen Teilhabe
  • Kreative Entwicklung der pädagogischen Konzepte im Sinne des KVP
  • Ressourcenmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Projekt- sowie Gremienarbeit
  •  
  • Ihr PROFIL       
  • Studium im Bereich Pädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in leitender Funktion, insbesondere in Personalführung und Budgetverantwortung
  • Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Eingliederungshilfe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Know-How in Dienstplanungs- und Dokumentationssoftware
  • Kommunikationsstärke mit Überzeugungskraft und Empathie
  • Authentisches Vorbild, vertrauensvoller und konstruktiver Ansprechpartner
  • Kritikfähig und Selbstreflektiert
