Unternehmerische Verantwortung für unseren Bereich der elektronischen und mechanischen

Sicherheitstechnik mit den Schwerpunkten Einbruchmelde-, Video- und Zutrittskontrolltechnik

Ein Team führen, weiterentwickeln und für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern

  • Projekte, Ressourcen und Budgets mit klarem Blick für Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • steuern

Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Kennzahlen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Service und Geschäftsleitung

Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen und Geschäftsfeldern

  • Technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss, oder ein Studium
  • im technischen beziehungsweise sicherheitsbezogenen Bereich

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Sicherheitstechnik oder vergleichbaren technischen Umfeldern

Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft, Service oder in der technischen Umsetzung

Fundiertes Verständnis in Elektrotechnik und Netzwerktechnik

Führungserfahrung

Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit unternehmerischem Denken

Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude

Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Begeisterung für Weiterentwicklung

Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
