Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung der strategischen Abbau- und Versatzplanung für das Bergwerk Heilbronn inklusive deren fortlaufenden Weiterentwicklung
  • Infrastrukturplanung für den operativen Gewinnungs- und Versatzbetrieb
  • Lagerstättenerkundung und -modellierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung bergrechtlicher Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Planung und Abwicklung von Investitionsprojekten
  • Leitung von operativen betriebsunterstützenden Projekten beispielsweise im Bereich Schächte, Wettertechnik, Sanierungen oder Kostenoptimierung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Berichtswesens bzw. Bergmännischen Controllings

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Diplom oder Bachelor/Master im Bereich Bergbau, Rohstoffingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung/Durchführung von bergrechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und externen Gutachtern
  • Erfahrung im Fremdfirmenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der untertägigen Abbau- und Versatzplanung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte allgemeinverständlich wiedergeben zu können
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in AutoCAD und MS Project wünschenswert
  • Interesse an KI-Anwendungen wünschenswert
  • Hohes Engagement, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten erforderlich
  • Teamfähigkeit
