Sie überzeugen mit:

  • Staatl. anerkannter Abschluss als Pflegefachkraft
  • Ihrer Weiterbildung zur leitenden Pflegefachkraft gem. SGB
  • -Pflegewissenschaftliches Studium bzw PDL seit 2010
  • mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung
  • praktischen Kenntnissen in der Einsatzplanung, Organisation und Entwicklung des Personals
  • Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • kooperativem und motivierendem Führungsstil
