  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Jugendlichen im Sinne einer inhaltlichen Fallführung (Case Management)
  • Beratung und Information am Standort Feldkirch, direkt an Schulstandorten im Oberland und gegebenenfalls
  • in Einrichtungen der Offenen Jugendarbeit
  • Kooperation und Vernetzung (z.B. bezüglich Ausbildungspflicht bis 18)
  • Dokumentation, Berichterstattung und Datenerfassung in verschiedenen Systemen
  • Anforderungen
  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium im sozialen Bereich (z.B. Psychologie, Soziale Arbeit, Pädagogik)
  • im Idealfall bringen Sie zudem praktische Erfahrung aus der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen, der Beratung oder aus
  • dem Bereich Arbeitsmarktpolitik mit
  • ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und Eigenorganisation
  • Sensibilität, sowie Blick für das Machbare
  • Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem, beratungs- und prozessorientiertem Arbeiten
  • kommunikative Persönlichkeit

Für diese Tätigkeit ist - je nach Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten - gemäß Kollektivvertrag des Vorarlberger Sozial- und Gesundheitswesens (VSG-KV) ein monatliches Entgelt von brutto mindestens € 3.627,00 vorgesehen (bei 100%, 39 Std./Woche im 1. Dienstjahr plus EG-Zulage).
