Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskunden und begleiten sie auf ihrem Weg, das volle Potenzial unserer CAFM-Softwarelösung auszuschöpfen. Ihr Fokus liegt nicht auf dem klassischen Vertrieb – sondern auf echtem Verständnis: Sie hören zu, erkennen Bedarfe und entwickeln gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden nachhaltige Lösungsansätze. Vertrauen ist die Grundlage Ihrer Arbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kontinuierliche und individuelle Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden im Bereich CAFM, um aktuelle Bedarfe und Entwicklungspotentiale zu erkennen
  • Gemeinsame Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Lösung – von Upselling bis zur Erweiterung des Leistungsumfangs
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von qualifizierten Angeboten sowie deren Nachverfolgung
  • Erarbeitung von Referenzberichten in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Messen, Kundenveranstaltungen und Events

Ihre Anforderungen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Empathie und die Fähigkeit, echte Vertrauensbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Wissensdurst – Sie wollen verstehen, was Ihre Kunden bewegt, und lernen gerne dazu
  • Grundlegendes vertriebliches Gespür, ohne klassischen „Verkäufer-Drive"
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder CAFM-Softwarelösungen sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %)
