- Aufgaben:
- Steuerung und Koordination operativer Aktivitäten im Shelf Life Management und Sperrbestand
- monatliche Analyse ablaufender Materialien mit Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Planung und Nachverfolgung periodischer Maßnahmen mit Dienstleistern
- Koordination von Nachprüfungen, Revalidierungen und Freigabeprozessen sowie Abwicklung von Umbuchungen und Verschrottungen
- Analyse von Sperrgründen und Engpässen mit Priorisierung hochwertiger Non-Conformities und Steuerung von Aktionsplänen
- KPI-Reporting im Bestandsmanagement und Pflege operativer Kontrollroutinen
- Prozessoptimierung in Bestandssteuerung und Materialflussmanagement
- Profil:
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain, technische Dokumentation und Instandhaltung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Office-Software wie Google Workspace / Suite: Sheets, Docs
- strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
