Bestattungsgehilfe (m/w/d)

Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

  • Unterstützung bei der Überführung und Versorgung von Verstorbenen
  • Abholung und Transport von Verstorbenen unter Beachtung der geltenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Vorbereitung und Ausgestaltung von Särgen und Urnen
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Trauerfeiern und Beisetzungen
  • Auf- und Abbau von Trauerhallen und Bestattungsequipment
  • Pflege und Reinigung von Fahrzeugen, Arbeitsmitteln und Räumlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und logistischen Tätigkeiten im Bestattungsunternehmen

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen

  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu praktischen Tätigkeiten
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Pietät und respektvoller Umgang mit Verstorbenen und Angehörigen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gepflegtes und angemessenes Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sowie gegebenenfalls Wochenend- und Bereitschaftsdiensten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bestattungswesen ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung wird vorausgesetzt.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt überwiegend im Außendienst sowie in den Räumlichkeiten des Bestattungsunternehmens. Je nach Einsatzbereich können körperlich anspruchsvolle Arbeiten, wechselnde Arbeitsorte und der Umgang mit Verstorbenen zum Arbeitsalltag gehören.
