Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beteiligungscontrolling & Performance Steering: Überwachung und Analyse der Finanz- und Geschäftsentwicklung unserer Beteiligungen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Empfehlungen
  • Monats- und Quartalsreporting: Erstellung inkl. klarer Kommentierung und Management-Readouts
  • Forecast, Budget & Planung: Ownership über Planungscycles, Plausibilisierung/„Challenge“ der Annahmen, Szenarioanalysen
  • Business Cases & Investitionsentscheidungen: Businesspläne, Begleitung zentraler Entscheidungen
  • Liquiditätsmanagement: Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung von Liquiditäts-Transparenz, Cash-Forecasts und Steuerungslogik über die Beteiligungen hinweg
  • Tools & Prozesse: Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Planungsprozessen
  • Stakeholder-Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Management und Schnittstellen (Operations, Expansion, Accounting, etc.)

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL/Finance/Controlling o. ä.)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung (z. B. Beteiligungscontrolling/FP&A/Corporate Finance/Wirtschaftsprüfung mit Corporate-Fokus)
  • Sehr stark in Analyse, Struktur und Umsetzung; du kannst Inhalte managementtauglich auf den Punkt bringen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Skills; Erfahrung mit Reporting-/Planungstools
  • Gutes Bilanzverständnis und Reporting-Erfahrung
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
