#### Was für uns zählt

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum:r Hochbaufacharbeiter:in und/oder Stahlbetonbauer:in oder vergleichbare gewerblich/technische Qualifikation bzw. technisch versierte:r Quereinsteiger:in
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Montagetätigkeit, u.a. auch bei kurzfristigen und attraktiv vergüteten Einsätzen (Wochenend-/ Nachtschichten)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den im Ingenieurbau relevanten Kleinmaschinen, Geräten und Werkzeugen
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
  • Engagement und Lernbereitschaft für interne Qualifizierungs-/ und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Teamplayer mit engagierter Arbeitsweise und hohem Maß an Zuverlässigkeit

  • Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Nachbehandlung von Beton
  • Herstellung von Schalungen sowie Vorbereitung und Einbau der Bewehrung im gleisgebundenen Ingenieurbau
