  • Wir suchen für unsere Intensivwohngruppen in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg –
  • Vogelhüttendeich (Mädchen ab 14 Jahren) und Ponton (Jungs ab 14
  • Jahren). Aufgaben Die Ausgestaltung des Wohngruppenalltags, zeitweise
  • auch in Doppelabdeckung. Die Anleitung der Jugendlichen zu einer
  • Tagesstruktur inklusive Freizeitgestaltung und dem Erlernen von
  • Alltagskompetenzen. Organisation und Begleitung von
  • Freizeitaktivitäten. Elternarbeit, Kontakte zum ASD, zur Schule sowie
  • Kooperation mit anderen Institutionen und Fachkräften,
  • Bezugsbetreuung. Administrative Tätigkeiten. Ihr Profil
  • Sozialpädago:gin (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) oder vergleichbarer
  • Studiengang, Erzieher:in oder vergleichbar. Bereitschaft zur
  • Schichtarbeit. Hohe Motivation und fachliches Interesse an der Arbeit
  • mit belasteten Jugendlichen und ihren Biografien. Erfahrung in der
  • intensiven Beziehungsarbeit mit Jugendlichen. Aktive Bereitschaft zu
  • hauswirtschaftlichen und leichten handwerklichen Tätigkeiten. Unser
  • Angebot Befristete Anstellung mit mindestens 20 bis maximal 35
  • Wochenstunden, eine Entfristung wird angestrebt. Ab sofort Teilnahme
  • an zahlreichen hausinternen Fortbildungen. Hohe Gestaltungsfreiheit
  • und Mitwirkungsmöglichkeiten. Möglichkeit einer betrieblichen
  • Altersvorsorge mit überdurchschnittlichem Arbeitgeberanteil.
  • Bezahlung in Anlehnung an den Tarifvertrag TV-L S. Zahlreiche Angebote
