  • Sozialarbeiter*in bzw. Sozialpädagog*in (m/w/d)
  • Erzieher*in bzw. Heilerziehungspfleger*in (m/w/d)
  • in Teilzeit mit 20 bis 32 Stunden wöchentlich, zunächst auf zwei Jahre
  • befristet, zu besetzen (für Teilzeitinteressent\*innen teilbar).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Beratung von Menschen mit einer geistiger oder mehrfachen Behinderung im Alltag
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Leistungen der persönlichen Assistenz und Begleitung im Sinne des Bundesteilhabegesetzes
  • Inklusivs Wirken zur Teilhabe behinderter Menschen am Gemeinwesen im Odenwald
  • Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossenes Studium / Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen
  • Pädagogisches und personenzentriertes Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität und Organisationsvermögen
  • hohes Maß an fachlichem, kreativen und persönlichem Engagement
  • kommunikative Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamgeist
  • Wir bieten
