Träger des Seniorenzentrums ist der AWO Bezirksverband Oberbayern e.V.. In unserem AWO Seniorenzentrum bieten wir 120 pflegebedürftigen und/oder demenziell erkrankten Menschen, die nicht mehr ambulant versorgt werden können, professionelle Pflege sowie Betreuung rund um die Uhr an. Wir haben eine Tages- und Kurzzeitpflege sowie eine gerontopsychiatrische Wohngruppe. Insgesamt sind rund 120 Mitarbeiter\*innen unterschiedlicher Berufsgruppen in unserer Einrichtung und unserem ambulanten Dienst beschäftigt.

Zur Verstärkung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort für unsere Einrichtung AWO-Seniorenzentrum in Traunreut eine\*n

  • Betreuungsassistent\*in (m/w/d)
  • Teilzeit, 25 bis 30 Std./Woche (befristet als Krankheitsvertretung)

## Stellenbeschreibung

  • Individuelle und aktivierende Begleitung und Betreuung unserer Bewohner\*innen
  • Leitung von Gruppenangeboten und ähnlichem
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Rahmenkonzeptes Soziale Betreuung

### Sie bringen mit

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifizierung zum\*zur Betreuungsassistent\*in gemäß § 43b SGB XI
  • Eine gute Beobachtungsgabe
  • Teamgeist sowie Engagement und Freude im Arbeitsfeld Altenpflege
