Das Team des Seniorenhauses Zell hat sich das Ziel gesetzt, allen Bewohnern eine geborgene, gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre mit einem Höchstmaß an Lebensqualität und Würde bei umfassender Erhaltung ihres Selbstwertgefühles zu sichern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort ein/e Betreuungsassistent/in (m/w/d) § 43b SGB XI.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns sind:

  • Die Planung und eigenständige Durchführung der Betreuung unserer Heimbewohner
  • Führen der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der therapeutischen Abläufe (Konzept)
  • handwerkliche Arbeiten und leichte Gartenarbeiten
  • Anfertigung von Erinnerungsalben oder - ordnern
  • Spaziergänge, Ausflüge und der Besuch von kulturellen Veranstaltungen, Sportveranstaltungen, Gottesdiensten und Friedhöfen

Wir bieten bei gutem Betriebsklima:

Die Arbeit kann in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ausgeübt werden.

Führerschein und PKW sind zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes erforderlich.
