### Betreuungsassistenten (w/m/d)

Es ist eine Einstellung in Teilzeit möglich.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Betreuung pflegebedürftiger Menschen nach individuellem Bedarf
  • Begleitung der Bewohner bei der Alltagsgestaltung
  • Umsetzung der Anforderungen nach dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Sie überzeugen als freundliche und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen für pflegebedürftige Menschen
  • Teamgeist und eine freundliche, service- und bewohnerorientierte Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie pflegen einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit den Menschen im Pflegeheim
  • Wir bieten Ihnen einen interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsplatz mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum. Neben einem attraktiven Einkommen ermöglichen wir flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle.
