# Wir suchen Betreuungsassistenten (m/w/d) nach § 43b SGB XI für unseren Wohnpark am Rohrpfuhl - Bereich Demenz (20 bis 25 Wochenstunden)!

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • sinnstiftende, ressourcenorientierte Begleitung der Bewohnenden durch den Alltag
  • flexible, an die Tagesform angepasste Einzel- und Gruppenangebote
  • Förderung der Kontakte und Kommunikation der Bewohnenden untereinander sowie beruhigende, individuelle Betreuung
  • intensive und einfühlsame Kommunikation mit den Bewohnenden unter Einsatz entsprechender Methoden und Techniken
  • Beteiligung an der Gestaltung einer lebendigen Biografie

### Ihr Profil:

  • Weiterbildung Betreuungsassistenz
  • Gerontopsychiatrische Basisqualifikation erforderlich
  • organisatorische Kompetenzen und Ideenreichtum für eine abwechslungsreiche Tagesgestaltung unserer Bewohnenden
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis für das Krankheitsbild Demenz
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit und die Fähigkeit, die eigene Arbeit flexibel zu gestalten
  • praktische (z. B. handwerkliche, musikalische) Fähigkeiten wünschenswert
